The Robert Bosch Stiftung

The Robert Bosch Junior Professorship is awarded each year to one academic to be used for independent research purposes over a 5-year period at a German university or research institute. Research should center on sustainable use of natural resources. Scientists of all nationalities are eligible. Research approaches may be based in the natural sciences as well as in the social, developmental, political, and medical and public health sciences. The research should focus on developing and emerging countries. If the applicant so wishes, the foundation may support him or her in negotiating a tenure track option at the host institution.
